This was the first animation I ever attempted. Largely an exscuse for me to draw upon my extensive 'visual library' of New York City where I lived during the 1980's, MB's follows the exploits of a shadowy figure as he navigates the streets of NYC on a lonely quest.

People familiar with 42nd street during that period will spot several now vanished sites and shops.

Both Transition Waltz and Monk's Blooze were featured in the 1998 PRINT Digital Design Annual.
